I think there is question to be answered: is teaching a model on a dataset different from *copyright infringement*? You are not directly using the content. What you're doing is, teaching a model on it. Isn't a human a learning model? Now what about a person with eidetic memory? Arts, philosophy, economy, IT, every field you can think of, all of the great people were inspired one way or another. By knowing the date of a great person and their teacher, you can pretty much assume 50% of their work. Is that *copyright infringement*? The problem with AI is in my opinion the fact, that it is way too fast, flexible and replaces human's work. People don't like to be replaced.
