Bottom line is that this will likely be turned over in appeals court, keep in mind the court system in this country is fair and will give Microsoft the opportunity to squash this effort by the DOJ.

The interesting thing is that not much will happen in the courts, as far pressure from congress. This is an election year and a pivotal one for Republicans. They don't want to overstep their boundaries on this issue and have it blow up in their face. In either event MS is in serious trouble.

I'd also like to point one other point, MS and their ability to produce software won't be hindered for quite some time, so we will all still be subjected to the positive and NEGATIVE affects of their software for some time. :(
