Madster Decision (Score 1)

I would like to hear Mr. Clark's analysis of the Madster decision. It seems to me that if the decision that "Willful Blindness" establishes criminal intent holds, then being a Freenet Node will be interpreted as Willful Blindness, and EVERY Freenet Node can be prosecuted.
