CNN has the scoop: "Position Available: Interpreter, must be fluent in Klingon. The language created for the "Star Trek" TV series and movies is one of about 55 needed by the office that treats mental health patients in metropolitan Multnomah County."

Most translators for the goverment work that way. I used to know someone that did Vietnamese and Cambodian for King County Courts. She was on a list and they would call everyone who hadn't recently been called on the list until they got someone who was available.
