What an idiot. What makes you think anybody WANTS to nuke any country? This type of planning does not indicate the desire nor increase the possibility of using nuclear weapons.
BTW- If the US was ever going to use nuclear weapons after WWII, it would have been against China when American troops were over-run in Korea. They didn't.
