Hello, your statement is incorrect. Iridium's satellite constellation consists of 66 active satellites, and twelve additional spares providing COMPLETE global coverage. There are currently only two countries that we are restricted from sending our signal into for licensing reasons: North Korea and north (civil war territories) Sri Lanka.
