Nobody I've read so far even mentions the possible sexual connotation with the handle. Look, for your monthly subscription, it's likely that Blizzard loses money each time they 'touch' an account, be it for naming violations, or other reasons (don't even argue that they make millions, that's money for development for expansions and such). Given that, how can they build (or why would they want to build) a dispute system for tards who make bad names? Develop a name filter that catches every bad name, impossible, teenagers are much too smart for that, it would be a waste of money beyond a first-pass filter. Given the fact that the GM came in so fast, I'd be willing to bet some tard reported the name, because thier own name got nerfed too.
