There are plenty of sites offering step by step to install W11 on UNSUPPORTED HARDWARE and I've done several of my computers without any issues. Process took maybe an hour or more depending on your computer and it's done. Frankly, I think MICROSOFT LEAKED INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLING TO UNSUPPORTED HARDWARE....think about it, the big hurdle was that consumers simply aren't going to just trash perfectly good computers just to upgrade one version for very little gain. Let me tell you...I'm glad I didn't pay for this because I see very little in the way of unique features from version 10 to 11 and this upgrade proves it....I'm assuming most of the upgrade is for the under the hood specs for memory management, processing power, disk usage and so on....probably more of the hidden technical improvements are what make it better than windows 10 but visually you won't see much change.
I have to admit, I had several issues in windows 10 on a laptop that I use. In one example I had an issues where WiFi would never connect automatically but now under windows 11 it works as it is supposed to on boot up connecting seamlessly. Other oddballs issues have been resolved too. At a minimum, you might find the usual issues caused by Windows ROT are now solved by upgrading to windows 11 at least for now. Eventually, Windows 11 will grow long in the tooth and have the same problems...they always do. Good luck. here's the SIMPLE method using the command prompt...no other tools needed. https://youtu.be/fWxadSWa5sQ?s...
