Setting aside the question of whether it's legal or morally acceptable, something dodgy is going on.
You can pay by Dinners Club or JSB. I've never heard of those.
It appears that PL/I (and its dialects) is, or will be, the most widely used higher level language for systems programming. -- J. Sammet
