The Redmond office is marketing and sales. I used to work for Microsoft, and visited that office a few times (they had a small Nintendo museum inside) until Microsoft employees were no longer allowed on their property after some childish jerks built an X out of Xbox boxes on their front lawn. Last year I decided to visit Nintendo's actual HQ in Kyoto, and you can quickly see how their culture and Microsoft do not mix. Apple, however, was built around Steve Jobs' love for Kyoto, which makes those two companies a much more perfect fit.

Virtually all of Nintendo's developers are like that, even Shigeru Miyamoto accepts only a modest salary. Nintendo's culture is very much about having fun, being artists, trying new things, and being allowed to work on projects until they are done - not when it's most profitable to finish. All of their CEOs have been part of this culture since Yamauchi died...and he was your typical old world Japanese CEO, where business was a matter of conquering your enemies rather than just making money.

There are wallets out there you can buy that have Tile built in. I have a Tile pro on my keychain that helps when I need to find my keys, which is like, never. However, the concept of what Tile can do is really great but it has needed a first party hardware manufacturer to get the thing off the ground. If people don't have the Tile app, they can't help you find the Tile when they're in range...but if that were a native API, which is what Apple has been doing with all of its hardware for the past couple of years, then you could potentially put Tiles in anything you think might be stolen. I experimented with putting them in my guitar cases at one point, you could probably squeeze one inside the seat post of a bike too.
