You're in a Winter Hawks jersey, yes? I've never got the impression that you're a Portlander, so... how'd that come about? Am I just mistaken?

Nope, it is a Chicago Blackhawks jersey. For the last 5 years or so the Norfolk Admirals were the farm team for the Chicago Blackhawks.

How did you get access to get your photo taken next the thing?

The team brought the cup to our stadium for a fan day. The general public had access to see it and take pictures from 6 PM until the end of the game, and then after the game on the ice all of the season ticket holders had a chance to see it and take pictures with it, which is where that picture was taken.

That was on Saturday the 8th. On Sunday the 9th the team was taking the cup to one of the local Navy bases to visit with sailors, and then to a local children's hospital.

I don't even care for hockey (SSSH! Don't tell)
