OUYA sucks, the hardware isn't really powerful (less powerful than a Galaxy S4) and there aren't really many OUYA-specific games. Steam Machine on the other hand could be a serious contender, especially since Battlefield 4 already looks better on PCs in Ultra settings than on the upcoming generation of consoles.
