You're right, I find that true as well. But the same was true when Bush was in office. I couldn't find one Republican friend of mine that said "yes Bush is nuts and he handled everything wrong" and Bush wan't an overly religious nut who didn't believe in science, he was just out right bat shit crazy. I could see one of these crazy nut jobs coming into office and pushing religion in schools and letting schools teach creationism, then the US would really go down the toilet.

Both Bushes were worse and so was Regan. I agree though there aren't any good politicians though. Clinton was one of the best, even he had flaws. Sometimes I think it would be better to have an independent party president, but who knows if he/she will be any better? I agree with some of the things Obama does but there are a lot that seem more what we think of as Republican then Democrat. If Chany wasn't bat shit crazy and others didn't have their own religious agendas I would vote Republican but a lot of the Republicans that run for office just seem nuts. Politics just suck, we need people that will look after the little guy but they're just easily swayed by the rich. Its sad.

And I say this because Google, apple, and Blackberry do the same thing. Just because the writer has his crotch on fire for Microsoft he points it out with them. This becoming law, if Microsoft didn't do it they could go under fire by the government. Its not like they can say no and the government is going to say "ok that's fine, carry on". This isn't Microsoft's fault. Actually Microsoft will probably do it in the best way and only give what they're asked to unlike apple which would probably give everything . Remember Microsoft was the ones who turned on "Do Not Track" in IE while other browsers you have to turn it on. Go bother a company that deserves to be hassled and that is apple.

I know it was going to piss me off. I mean this is someone who hates Microsoft (or at least hates Windows 8/phone 8 and is trying to get small minded people to back him. I hate apple but I would never write about apple (unless it was to argue a point and then I would say its my opinon). Google and apple both track their users and they're probably more abrasive than Microsoft will be. Microsoft with IE turned on "do not track" while others made you hunt for the button which most people did not. It seems to me Microsoft is looking more out for peoples privacy than most companies. Sure want to make money off of advertising, but like I said so is Google and apple. You don't want to be tracked get an old flip phone and take out the battery every when you're not using it and use a pager so can see who's calling because every company is going to track.

outsell Microsoft in every market. This is not true. apple may sell more ipads and iphones than Microsoft sell tablets and phones but they don't even come close to the amount of computers Microsoft sell. apple doesn't even sell 1/3rd the amount of mobile devices as Microsoft sells PC's and laptops. Even apple and Android together doesn't come to half that amount. This is why when people say Windows 8 is a failure it makes me laugh. It may not be doing as well as Windows XP or 7 but even a failure for Windows 8 machines is more than the sales high of apple (macos and ios) and Android devices.

And this is any worse than what kind of thing Apple is doing to Microsoft in their Apple vs PC commercial? Actually I would agree with what the ad portrays because for the regular person PC's are easier to use than Linux. If you get a Linux PC and just use it and don't try and change it, update drivers and such, you're fine. Windows is easier for the regular person to use. Its easier to add a printer, its easier to add a scanner, easier to do different things that Linux at this present time makes it difficult to do. You can put any kind of mask over linux and its still the same OS. Its like Windows Mobile 6, people complain that its not as simple to use as other mobile OS' and even thought handset developers will put overlays over it to try and mask the OS, its still Windows Mobile. You still at times have to use the ugle interface in the background to do stuff. Just like with Linux you will have to use a command prompt to do certain things, no distro has gotten past this yet. Plus Ubuntu even thought it is probably the best distro out it still isn't loaded with a lot of multimedia drivers. Maybe Asus and such can add the drivers but I'm not sure if they do or not. And other Ubuntu distros like Mint are very good but still not as easy as Windows. There is a learning curve to Linux. Until someone stops using KDE, Gnome...etc with linux and make their own desktop environment like Apple did with FreeBSD, it may never get up there. Linux is an OS for geeks and for it to be an OS for everyone it's going to have to be as simple as Windows and Mac OSX. Thats the simple truth.
