Yep. It looks like perhaps 99.9 to 99.95% or better fully recover from exposure to the virus, many never even having any symptoms. So it is important when talking about uncontrolled studies to keep that in mind. The vast ultra-majority of people WITH TYPICAL SYMPTOMS and NO healthcare support at all will recover. The vast majority of people with SEVERE symptoms will recover with just conventional support (oxygen, IV fluids, monitoring, etc).
