Big established companies aren't always perceived to be better. There have been several stories in the news lately about where large companies are going to get help on setting up e-commerce sites. Large companies are choosing small dotcom e-commerce consulting shops over big consulting firms like Anderson Consulting because they believe the small shops are more knowlegable about new e-commerce technology. -Keith
