Coopers Dark Ale: pretty damned brilliant.
Coopers other varieties: pretty good also.
Boags: Good stuff. But drink it in Hobart at your peril.
Cascade (any variety): Good. But drink it in Launceston at your peril.
James Squire: had it a couple of times, quite liked it.
Tooheys Old: Pretty Good. Standard issue.
Carlton Draught: Passable.
VB: A bit astringent, but drinkable.
XXXX: See VB.
Tooheys New: See VB
Carlton Cold/Hahn Ice : A bit girly.
Fosters: pretty horrible.
West End: worse.
Southwark: evil incarnate.
