writes: Reuters is reporting a story of a stolen camera with a Wi-Fi enabled SD card that phoned home with photos of the thieves who stole it. The interesting part is that to transfer the photos, the camera connected to an unsecured Wi-Fi network that the thieves happened to pass by. Should this represent a legal use of wireless hijacking?
