I'm with GlooLabs. As you can imagine we've had a busy day from this slashdot coverage. We designed GLOO (that's the middleware running on the HomePod) to be very open. We have an architecture that allows different CODECS to be pluged in. We are offering the source and support to developers to help with this process. I think we will have an 'ogg' CODEC running on the homepod very quickly once enough units are in developer hands.
