I get equally annoyed with all of those as well. The unfortunate difference is if I hit a car we're all likely to survive at town speeds, if I hit a cyclist odds are higher (s)he'll die + regardless of fault I'll probably end up being made to feel guilty by someone!

Only if they follow the rules of the road. I often have to swerve to avoid cyclists that believe the highway code doesn't apply to them! Jumping red lights appears to be the favourite in London currently, having faith that a car with right of way isn't going to run you over is very bold indeed.

Oh, but Blizzard's own forum moderators won't have THEIR names revealed, because they "cannot risk having their personal lives compromised by in-game issues". But they have no problem selling out their own customers.

Cardozo School of Law (PUBPAT) filed a lawsuit charging that patents on two human genes associated with breast and ovarian cancer are unconstitutional and invalid. The charges dropped are those relating to 'assisting copyright infringement,' so the remaining charges are simply 'assisting making available.' No information on how this affects the size of the lawsuit or a settlement."

Heise Security reports that a 'team of researchers from Bonn University and RWTH Aachen University have analysed the notorious Storm Worm botnet, and concluded it certainly isn't as invulnerable as it once seemed. Quite the reverse, for in theory it can be rapidly eliminated using software developed and at least partially disclosed by Georg Wicherski, Tillmann Werner, Felix Leder and Mark Schlösser. However it seems in practice the elimination process would fall foul of the law.'
