Re:MP3's Outlawed at Work (Score 1)

I heard the motivation is to not get sued. You know, say Lars or someone else who has more money than God found out that my company was allowing mp3s to be stored on their machines... They could get sued (in theory... a very far-out, unrealistic theory...)! *gasp* They obviously did not take the mounds of legal mp3s out there into consideration. Nevermind the fact that I own 99% of the songs that I had in mp3 format at work, and just found the format more convenient than lugging CDs to work every day. Poo.
