Glad to hear some open-mindedness from the Right (Score:1)
One of the things that pissed me off during the eighties was the right-wing meme that because Ortega was a communist, and a bit of an arsehole if truth be told, he was therefore a dictator. It's nice to see someone from the right admitting that he was democratic, with two fair democratic elections under his rule (the first he won, the second he lost. And lost gracefully.)
Much of the support for the terrorists who were terrorising ordinary Nicuraguans at the time, with covert support from the Reagan Regim
