I think James Gosling sees that .NET is taking a big part of the programs/websites that used to be run with Java, and is trying as a last ditch effort to keep people with Java. Just like all the other industries out there that are being overrun by newer, BETTER technologies. Just admit defeat, and don't be one of those people that won't go away. It is pathetic
