I guess it has some sort of human anatomy recognition algorithm built into it. It would need to determine whether the breasts, buttocks, or crotch regions are covered or not. Maybe based upon a skin tone it could analyze the image and calculate the coverage percentage of the flesh. If that exceeds the limit defined by the legislation then it would be considered pornographic and blocked.

The Court is 6-3 in a with a conservative majority which means the Court is likely to lean towards censoring fake news or any news that does not represent the conservative ideology in a favorable way. Trump appointed 3 justices to the Court and Thomas is essentially a Trump loyalist. So they just need to persuade Alito which isn't hard.

I thought I heard there were 30 million other people willing to take those Amazon jobs. The real problem here is the lack of the availability of N95 masks, which I assume is the PPE that workers want (need). But right now those masks are being designated to healthcare workers who are working with confirmed patients not your delivery drivers. There are many healthcare workers who are unfortunately using the homemade masks. What needs to happen if it's not happening already is defense production of PPE.
