I just assume that memory/speed per dollar will continue to improve at the same rate as it has for the last 30+ years. Articles like this simply show us how technology will look past the point where silicon fails. With respect to Electron Tunneling, is there any reason sufficient error correction codes could not be used to overcome problems of this type? Why not use 10 molecules per bit! JJ
