Submission + - AOL Security compromised by teenager
Freaky_Friday writes: It seems that AOL's security is just as impressive as their customer service. From the article on Infoworld.com: 'A New York teenager broke into AOL networks and databases containing customer information and infected servers with a malicious program to transfer confidential data to his computer, AOL and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office allege. The alleged acts cost AOL more than $500,000. It's not clear whether customer data was stolen.'
What is AOL's response to their second media fiasco in the last year? "AOL declined to comment."
