Do those incessant traffic reports actually ever help anyone? It's not like there is some magical road to take if the one you are on is jammed tight.

  • Sure. I end up avoiding certain highways if I hear about the mess before I can get into it. My city has two major north-south arteries. Makes it easy to avoid one and not the other. My problem is that normally my route isn't affected - they miss traffic problems I would have liked hearing about. Why do they annoy you?
