FortKnox's Journal: Enable your comments!!

After the recent slashdot build (I'm guessing it happened last night), it reset the journal default to "Comments Disabled". I realized this when I just checked the past 10 je from friends aren't allowing comments (and my past two JE's didn't have comments enabled). So go to all previous JE's, and make sure comments are enabled (if you want them to be, of course), if not, edit them and enable them, then go to Preferences->journal and set your default to "Comments Enabled".

Is it just me, or does /. seem generally slow and problematic today? I think the build screwed up more than the comments enabled setting.

I noticed that people's comment histories changed to a table-based format that day, so probably they were just fixing things.

All my comments were still enabled, but the default was switched.

Maybe it is because you don't get out enough? ;)
