It does sound crazy for a firm to sell a product that has double the capacity avalibe, when in fact they can cut costs by useing less plates(unlike processor compaines).
But, why doesnt someone try it, then run some Symantec disk tests and report the results.
Its like anything else, you dont truly know until you try.
