I will never forget this mantra when trying to balance / share IRQs with scsi controllers, scanners, 3dFX video cards , video capture card "Hauppauge", Sound Blaster 16 card, and anything else you could throw at it. Get it all working, just to have it blow up 10 reboots later, ahhhh, the good old days.

On this topic, It seems to me that not all factory manufacture headlights are created equal. At night sometimes, I feel like I am being blinded by LED headlights that appear to be stock from the manufacture as I can't imagine where I live, these type of people are trying to trick out their brand new Lexus or Buick. My question is, over that last 30 years, have the laws changed on what is the maximum permissible luminescence of headlights when at normal and not high beam? I ask because as I see some of these new cars at night, it can be very blinding and feels dangerous as if I don't find somewhere to divert my eyes combined with holding my hand up, I am almost temporarily blinded ( 1 second or so) but is a very unnerving experience. I have researched some but have not been able to find documentation on this, or laws that have been changed in the last 30 years.
