Forgive my ignorance if I am wrong but aren't ALL federal judges appointed? I don't remember ever seeing a federal judiciary candidate on my ballot, just local judiciary candidates i.e. county level positions.

Without Free speech we may as well call off our hunt for Saddam and invite him to be our president. Get a sense of humor and try to grow up enough not to be offended by somebody you never met who says something "OFFENSIVE"(Whatever that is.) In a public forum no less.
