I have done tech support before. A number of the really stupid calls were from people who didn't know what they were doing when they deleted something. Please don't delete "prog.man" that is not a game on your computer! I spent a number of years explaining to these same people that the computer is a usefull tool for their productivity when they asked me why they should have one and what was it good for. The "catch22" is that if no one offers the support for these new users they will not be able to use the product and in the future they will not buy the product. Thus no need for tech support or enginers to develop new product.
