Either I have the right to control the fruits of my own labor or I don't. Whether or not I am being "stupid" or not is irrelevant. Whether or not what I choose to do is "good for society" or not is also irrelevant. The Internet has made stealing people's work easier than ever before. This doesn't make it right, however.
