Journal: Group development?

Shit. I recently got my first group project. Mkay, the group is only two developers, me and the other guy, but anyway, it's difficult to start. Don't know how ;).. The first problem is coding standart, knowledge and the way we solve the problems. The second one is the codebase and how we will share it and edit each others code without breaking too much stuff..
