Parallels Inc. has released a public beta of their Virtualization software for Mac OSX on Intel chips. The software promises to run any Windows installation at between 90-95% of native speeds and boasts compatibility with Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, OS/2 Warp and more.
