Ads are likely use a learning algorithm to target users. The deep learning algorithm is likely not human readable. So, do we now have an emerging industry of AI testing that will test (based on a certain dataset) that targeting conforms to the law?

I do believe the feature is there for .net MAUI developers. IMO, other (non-developers) do not seem to be the highest priority - and dilutes the win11 brand as a result. (If I recall).net MAUI was supposed to be released at the start of 2022. However, it has just gone RC1. I just do not see the big value add of upgrading to win11.

I would think that you need to know 'what' it is that animals are sensing. Would it require a MRI - so you can map what sense(s) are getting stimulated? That would pose some challenge.
