Comment The Fair Housing Act suits will start. (Score 1) 122

This policy is a direct violation of the Fair Housing Act. "The Fair Housing Act covers most housing. In very limited circumstances, the Act exempts owner-occupied buildings with no more than four units, single-family houses sold or rented by the owner without the use of an agent, and housing operated by religious organizations and private clubs that limit occupancy to members." Since AirBnB is acting as an agent, they would be covered.

Comment It's America's Most Wanted all over again. (Score 1) 115

America's Most Wanted created a problem in that their re-enactors and people who looked like them were being reported as the fugitives, not the actual fugitives, even after John Walsh said "THIS is the guy we're after, not the guy doing the re-enactment.". I have a belief that this AI may do the same thing due to the extreme realism of the sketches. Current sketches are vague enough to identify what someone may look like but are obviously not perfect and not intended to be.
