Well, I didn't really directly break it but one of the students helping implement it for my thesis did so. Let's just say when is says +15V it means +15V and NOT -15V. Needless to say there is now nothing short of a four switch relay to prevent that from happening again.
As a side note, since these things don't come with a manual (it's assumed you have a tech guy who knows what he/she is doing) having one made cost $10,000.
