All the government Ministeries in New Zealand report their spending on a monthly basis... These contribute the things like the Half Year Financial Update.... Most governments around the world don't do it that frequently....
But the current government has a slashed taxes. And fired huge numbers of public servants.... including putting large numbers of the IT staff on the chopping block... you know the ones who would be responsible for replacing this spreadsheet...

Once, I talked to an old Driller/Miner? Who was working on the Taranaki oil fields in NZ...
He reckoned he was on a project in Oz that used fracking to generate steam. The problem was the sludge that came out of the pipes, it came from so far down in the earth... it was full of heavy metals and radioactive contamnents... so I guess there's swings and roundabouts for everything.

Well... Is the wind is being blown... Or sucked? If it's being sucked... Being 'downwind' would steal the energy of be the upwind turbine....
Maybe it's as 'Doomsday' a glacier can get....
I suppose... but then there's this...
Maybe for heating a large pool... but running pipes down to through the house is expensive... the water cylinder also has to have a heat exchanger built into it... and they're not cheap items compared to a normal water cylinder...
with a photovoltic panel you can use it to run other things once your water is warm...
Is that because no one visits Texas?
I'm guessing... that 300 FTE for a year is more than 600 FTE for three months? Or something like that...
What's using the billions as a measure of the size of a wind farm? I've got no idea if it's a big farm, or just a plain old expensive one?
Here's a link to one of the farms that being planned/built in nz.. Has billions and gigawatts thingies, also the number of jobs due to be created....
I think you'll find it's already dividied up... last time I heard China was trying to get in on the game, as they were late to the party.
FORTUNE'S FUN FACTS TO KNOW AND TELL: A black panther is really a leopard that has a solid black coat rather then a spotted one.
