hey guys, got a new game thats been sucking my life away, star wars galaxies very good game. right now I'm a wookie entertainer/marksman/artisan and I'm having a blast names freyaka and I'm on the tempest server if anyone wants to look me up, I spend the majority of my time in the cantinas on corellia though recently I've been spending some time in tattoine and naboo also

hey I'm finaly back onslashdot after a long period of inactivity, I just recently got back from cornerstone music festival in bushnell, IL. it was a major blast as always and it was cool to see my favorite band (five iron frenzy) play their finaly cornerstone i might post some pics up on my website if I actualy decide that I feel like updating it :)

This game has more or less sucked up my life the past few weeks, and even though it has pretty cheesy graphics and is more or less no longer being developed it's a pretty decent MPOG and is fun to play, if your interested in getting it you can find it at their website

man it's been a long time since I've been on the net, I've been busy with christmas stuff all week not to mention lan parties.

I'll probably be gone all next week with lan parties too then once I get back I'll do some updates to my website and maybe post some more on /.

I went to see the two towers tonight and I must say I was very dissapointed, the movie itself was good, it was funny and the fight scenes were done wonderfuly, but as with the fellowship of the rings Peter Jackson decided to screw with the story......Having Aragorn fall from a cliff on the way to helms deep leaving everyone thinking he's dead only to have him return before the battle begins this was forgivable, but then came Faramir in the book Faramir let Frodo and Sam go without much of a fight and he had a much better heart than his brother, but not in Peter Jacksons version instead Faramir wanted to take the ring to Gondor to use it to save the race of men much as his brother had he took Frodo, Sam and Gollum captive and took them towards Gondor where Sam makes this big speach (which was in the book only later on) and Faramir sees that he's wrong and lets them go. Another thing that kinda made me mad Arwen who shouldn't have even been in this movie was in several scenes and will probably return in the next movie even though she's already sailed across the sea.

I liked the movie and I've always liked the books but I was dissapointed by the way they took certain liberties to the script, I'll probably go see it again mainly becuase it was pretty funny and the CGI was absolutly stunning but since I've read the book recently it bugs me a lot the way they've changed the story for someone who's never read the books before this will probably be one of the best movies they have ever seen, for those of us who have read the books since we were little children, it will not be quite as good but it's still worth seeing /rant

I know I'm probably being very nitpicky but it pisses me off that they couldn't leave the story be I should probably read the book again and see the movie one last time before I really judge it but it really didn't meet my expectations, maybe with hollywood I should learn not to set them so high

looks like I'm the poor sap......guess I'll have to wait for two towers till later as I vomited my guts out most of the day and when I finaly got to feeling better it was already 1:30 and I have no tickets, sure I could still catch a late night showing but why? Guess I'll go see it sometime later in the week when I have enough time

shortly after my last post last night I came down with a really nasty case of the flu and have been vomiting all day, so maybe I won't be seeing lord of the rings tonight.

Hope those tickets are refundable

I got a whole lot done tonight on the webpage, much more than I expected, the My Computer, About Me, Pictures and News pages are now up and running and I've made a new logo which will probably last a week before I decide to change it again

Just started working on my webpage last night and I havn't really stopped since, I finaly found a layout I liked after hours upon owns of trying to create my own, but since I'm a picky bastard I couldn't get it to look like I wanted.
