nocomment's Journal: Old man and the Sea

I've started this new thing, called reading. I've never been much into reading. Lately however, I've just felt like it. I started trying to get into reading a couple years ago when I read "1984". And around christmans time, I finally started reading the "Hitchiker" series. I've just finished reading Ernest Hemingway's "The Old Man and the Sea". It was actually quite good. I felt a little bit like I did while I was watching "Castaway". The old man spends alot of time alone in his boat talking to himself. It held my interest the entire way through the book. Even during the slow parts, the book is sufficient enough in detail to keep you interested.
