Apple is doing what their "business" has been since Jobs died-- effen the user, confusing them and sending them into the store to pay for help or sellem a new phone. Revolting but true, I opened so many tickets there bc they were royally screwing customers nearly on every design decision to harangue more profit out of people. Every single one: wontfix.
