For case law on this, see Hang'Em High vs. Clint Eastwood.
From the summary, it says the "homophobic" accusation was leveled by the defense attorney. Which should be sufficient explanation as to how it is "homophobic".
My very long relationship with Debian ended when the saying "you could choose your init system" turned into "you can choose your init system as long as you also install systemd and pretend not to notice that it's doing everything", (much like PulseAudio - try playing with Debian and watch PulseAudio get installed. Then try to remove it. It is possible, but one update later and you're back where you started). I moved to GenToo and struggled to get into it and then when Devuan came along it was like going home.
Aren't "end" and "suspend" two different words with two different meanings?

I only saw ME one time. I bought a laptop with ME preinstalled. I started it up and it wanted me to accept the terms. I turned it off and put in the Debian install disk and thought no more about it.
Not disputing anything related to climate science, but the writing....
"Together they offer photographic evidence of a planet changing faster than at any time in millennia."
"The tool stitches together nearly 50 years of imagery..."
Have we redefined the unit "millennia"?
Wait, you said secure hashing? I secured the hash!
I thought cancer was already "solved" the same way Microsoft "solved" computer viruses. Which is why we still have cancer. And computer viruses.
Law enforcement actually shows up and looks for stolen property??? I have been watching my stolen tablet on device manager for two days and I can't get the local police to do more than offer to forward me to the number to file a police report. I may need to think about moving to Kansas....
Sorry to break in a good argument, but while your view may well be more accurate the parent post was saying that the constitution does not grant rights but does recognize rights already in existence. The constitution used to be something the United States was operating under but it was so long ago I wouldn't expect too many people to remember what it said.
I don't usually post much, but I wanted to add one more voice to the thanks being shared.
Happy trails mate!
