Some important details (Score 2, Informative)

As one of the comments to TFA notes, one problem with the studies reviewed is that the trials may not have been long enough to detect differences. They were mostly 6 week trials, with a few shorter and a few longer. That may not be long enough to pick up a significant difference. The effects for some can peak between 6-8 weeks.
