I cannot find a definitive list after a short search of the Intel ARK documents. However, presence of this capability seems to be defined by the CET_SS bit, which is ECX bit 25 in CPUID leaf 7, subleaf 0.
It is not set to one on my Intel i7-8550, so it is presumably ninth or tenth generation.
