Been there (8 years in BC), it's beautiful.
Wouldn't live there, reasons:
1. no 2nd amendment
2. Quebec
3. French Canadians
4. Out of control taxes
5. French Canadians
6. Much vaunted socialized medicine system is crashing (I know this because my dad still lives there)
7. French Canadians, would be a great country without them
