To have a single button do 2 spells that share the same global 1.5 second cooldown is 'against the rules'. That is exactly why you were banned. You can have a macro switch weapons and cast a spell while saying something. But to do something that spans across the 1.5 second cooldown (or is it 1 second?) will piss blizzard off.
