Work is getting worse?!? (Score 1)

What I don't get is why companies mistakingly
thing that experience isn't necessary in an
organisation.

From my own experience, I have left jobs because
there weren't enough experienced (read old) people
around to learn from. It's not always obvious what
the know and have to teach but that doesn't mean
that they don't have something to show us.
