Do you not understand the concepts of "Fun" and "Games"? How about "Humor"?
You could've just said, "No, I don't understand the difference between willing and unwilling participants. Therefore, I'm going to ignore your fact completely and make up a straw man to attack in its place."
Calling a pie in the face assault is f-ing absurd. It does not cause physical harm, nor is physical harm conceivably intended. It's soft, fluffy, and tasty. Someone gave him free snack in a funny way. He should be more ashamed of how he has responded than of what happened.
You seem hung up on what you consider assault as compared to what the law considers assault, and then completely ignore the fact that your definition isn't what's important. Perhaps you should just Google "is throwing a pie in a person's face assault".
And can it cause physical harm? What if the person had a dairy allergy or a gluten intolerance? People getting hit with pies in the face have caused lacerations and eye injuries, it's not a difficult thing to research and find examples. Obviously, these are considered negative physical reactions, so I'll go ahead and just say your claim that it can't cause physical harm is untrue.

I do wonder how far he could take it, like could he do a Bananaman movie where the whole basis of the character and villains is parody, or is there a limit to it? Certainly the movies that have set out to be funny, like Shazam, have been fairly uninspiring.
Can you imagine an Ambush Bug movie? And the main villain is Argh!Yle? Or a movie based on the Heckler? So many possibilities exist, yet here we go with another variation of Superman and Batman...
