Totally agree. The people who signed up for this knew about and accepted the risks. This isn't an amusement park ride. There aren't many submersibles that can go down that deep. Unless the tour company carries a spare sub, it's likely they're doomed or deal. It's doubtful a rescue sub and all the necessary support equipment could get there before the air supply runs out. If the sub has imploded, everyone aboard is already gone. What's the point of rescue? Risking more peoples' lives to recover bodies? Sorry, I'm not that sentimental over a corpse. I wonder how this will affect the $250k they charge per passenger? On one hand, the price could up because there's now more for future passengers to see. On the other hand, seeing a sub full of dead people while you're in an identical sub might tend to drive prices lower.
