What I meant by that was: It's easy to screw up Windows and go fix it if you know what you are doing.
It's easy to screw up Linux configs and go fix those too, whether it be webserver, internet, whatever. Albeit probably much easier.
(Didn't need a windows CD pre NT4 or 2K, but that's kinda reaching).
Just some screwing around at the command prompt. I see your point on usability of the entire system though.
